Privacy Policy
Last updated: 31 July 2026
This privacy policy explains which personal data NUL processes when you visit this website or sign up for our updates, why we do so and what rights you have. We handle your data carefully and in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data controller
NUL (Neuro Universal Language) is a product of 10^13th BV, a company incorporated under Belgian law with its registered office at Europagalerij 7/1703, 8400 Oostende, Belgium, and company number BE 1026.612.069. 10^13th BV is responsible for processing your personal data.
For any questions about this policy or your data, you can contact Mario Major (contact@nul.solutions).
2. Data we process
Newsletter / waitlist: if you sign up, we process your email address and your language choice.
Technical data: when you visit the site, our hosting provider and security systems automatically process limited technical data (such as IP address, browser type and time of access) to deliver and secure the website.
Local storage: we store functional preferences (language, light/dark theme, cookie preference and whether you saw the newsletter popup) locally in your browser. See our cookie policy for details.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We use your email address solely to send you updates about the product, the pilots and the investment round. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We process technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in the operation, security and improvement of the website.
4. Newsletter via MailerLite
To manage and send our emails we use MailerLite (MailerLite Limited, Ireland), which acts as a processor. Your email address is stored with MailerLite to manage your subscription.
Every email contains an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time, free of charge.
5. Recipients and processors
We never sell your data. We only share it with service providers that help us run the website and the newsletter: MailerLite (email) and Vercel Inc. (hosting).
These processors act on our instructions and under appropriate contractual safeguards.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Some of our processors may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Retention period
We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed and have not withdrawn your consent. After you unsubscribe, we delete or anonymise your data, unless we are legally required to keep it longer.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
To exercise a right, contact Mario Major (contact@nul.solutions). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including encrypted connections (HTTPS).
10. Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The most recent version is always available on this page, with the date of the latest change at the top.
